Kyoto Hyakunensho Issue 01 Hyotei” is an art magazine with the concept of recording the ‘present’ of Kyoto culture and passing it on to people 100 years in the future. Kaiseki dishes from Kyoto's long-established ryotei restaurant, Hyotei, are printed on Jet Press, maintaining the vividness of the photographs. The materials, utensils, and objects associated with the cuisine are pasted into the book, and the cover is made of Awa Washi paper, making it a luxury book limited to 100 copies.
